LITTLETON, Colo. — PassTime, a provider in payment assurance
and GPS tracking solutions, recently launched a new online management system
called OASIS.

Executives explained OASIS is designed to be a fully Web-based
system that can allow customers to manage their PassTime products and services
all in a single platform.

The company noted PassTime OASIS was a ground-up project to
build a scalable system based upon some of the latest technology structure
available. This system is geared to provide users with innovative new ways to
manage their PassTime devices to help protect their assets and better collect their
receivables.

Additionally, PassTime enhanced the navigation and look and
feel of the website to make the customer experience even better.

"The revolutionary OASIS system gives our customers an
updated and user-friendly platform for them to manage all aspects of their
PassTime products and services. From a behind-the-scenes perspective, OASIS
provides us with a solid foundation structure that is scalable and can
adequately grow along with us as a company," said Jerry Morgan, executive vice
president of product development for PassTime.

PassTime indicated it received positive response about OASIS
from its customers.

"PassTime's new OASIS system is a great tool for our company
to manage all our PassTime devices. The navigation is very intuitive, making it
easy to track our devices, send wireless commands, and utilize all the features
available for our PassTime devices," stated Brittany Montano, funding analyst
for Clipper Credit in McLean, Va.

PassTime mentioned OASIS is fully operational and the
company intends to release enhancements and additional platform functionality
on a regular basis.

Executives reiterated that PassTime offers GPS tracking and
automated collection technology (ACT) solutions along with 24/7 live customer
support to its customers in the buy-here, pay-here and subprime finance
industries.
