FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — RouteOne has launched a new online lead and credit application tool for dealers that can help them manage and track customer leads, help make their online marketing activities more effective, and extend the reach of finance departments to their consumer Web sites.

Subscribing dealers can now access WebApplyOne, which is designed to be a customizable credit application or lead receipt tool for dealers.

Officials said it can be easily integrated into a dealer's existing Web site. Moreover, the tool can be tailored to reflect specific dealers' online marketing presence.

Since this tool is integrated directly into the RouteOne program, dealers can manage potential contracts quicker, easier and more efficiently, the company noted.

It can be adjusted to fit a dealer's current processes. Dealers can also access it on a stand-alone basis or via dealership Web site providers.

Officials added that dealers who employ a customer relationship management product to help them manage online leads can continue to do so via WebApplyOne. They emphasized that RouteOne's platform can be integrated into most CRM providers.

"WebApplyOne is yet another valuable tool in the RouteOne product suite that allows dealers to manage the full book of business for their Chrysler, Ford, GM, and Toyota stores (including potential contracts/business) all within a single portal," stated Mike Jurecki, RouteOne's chief executive officer.

"This product will provide dealers significant insight into profit and growth opportunities," he added.

Dealerships can also download the enrollment and competitive pricing package through the RouteOne platform within the News/Info tab. It requires no long-term contracts or commitments and allows dealerships to cancel at any time, with no expensive penalties or fees.
