FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — As part of a series of training
sessions scheduled during the remainder of the year, RouteOne is going to host
a free Webinar titled, "Managing Adverse Action."

The upcoming Webinar set for 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday will
include members of RouteOne's legal department and product development team.
Organizers are looking to educate dealers on the current regulatory
environment, the law behind adverse action, actions required on behalf of the
dealership and more.

As dealers may or may not know, federal regulations state an
adverse action notice is to inform consumers they have been denied credit,
employment, insurance, or other benefits based on information in a credit
report. The notice should indicate which credit reporting agency was used and
how to contact them.

"Many dealerships struggle with managing the adverse action
notice process within the dealership," RouteOne chief executive officer Mike
Jurecki emphasized.

"In this Webinar, RouteOne will help the dealer navigate the
complex regulatory environment so that they have a clearer picture of their
responsibilities relative to this important compliance issue," Jurecki
continued.

The "Managing Adverse Action" Webinar is the first in a
series of educational Webinars hosted by RouteOne throughout the remainder of the
year.

The company indicated future Webinars will focus exclusively
on compliance and dealer security:

—Sept. 11: "Security and Your Dealership."

—Nov. 13: "2012 Compliance Recap and What Lies Ahead in
2013"

Registration is open for all three RouteOne Webinars at www.routeone.com/freewebinar.
