RouteOne’s New Partnerships
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — RouteOne recently released a plethora of news, including partnerships with Market Scan Information Systems, ProMax Online and new integration between XpressCredit and Automobile Consumer Services on its platform.
The most recent news is the fact the company has teamed up with Market Scan Information Systems Inc.'s MS5 and mDesking software products.
According to officials, the integration permits dealerships to evaluate deals in Market Scan and directly export deals to RouteOne without exiting the Market Scan software. Market Scan customers will enjoy the same direct access to RouteOne finance sources they have available today, as well as increased time savings in the deal process, executives noted.
The Market Scan software systems combine dealership inventory, customer-credit details and lender finance information to display the most profitable deals for the dealership. Dealerships then export selected deals to RouteOne for submission to available finance sources. Because desking and deal submission are all accomplished within the same session, there is no duplicate data entry, extra phone calls, faxes or e-mails.
"We are excited to offer our dealers integration with Market Scan," said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne's chief executive officer. "The flexibility and accuracy of Market Scan, coupled with RouteOne's streamlined credit application and funding capacity, will enable our dealer customers to quickly and easily maximize profits and increase customer satisfaction."
James Mason, National Sales Manager, Market Scan, added, "This exciting step forward in our continued seamless data integration with RouteOne will simplify the data management from the dealership's user level. This seamless data transfer eliminates double data entry and speeds the customer through the sales and delivery process. We are pleased to offer dealers the benefits that this integration with RouteOne will offer."
RouteOne Announces Enhanced Integration With ProMax Online
RouteOne also recently said it is expanding its integration with ProMax Online to simplify dealers' workflow experience.
RouteOne and ProMax Online have been working together since 2008, and have now refined and improved the process based on dealer feedback. The enhanced integration further streamlines the credit application workflow and submission process, resulting in a seamless experience that helps dealers avoid duplicate data entry, saving time and increasing efficiencies in the F&I office, officials pointed out.
"We are very pleased to announce this enhanced integration with ProMax," said Jurecki. "RouteOne continuously strives to provide our shared dealer customers the tools they need to streamline their processes and improve the profitability of their business. The enhanced integration with ProMax allows dealers to process credit applications quickly and easily so they can spend more time selling."
John Palmer, CEO of ProMax Online, explained, "This expanded integration between ProMax Online and Route One enhances the dealership's efficiency when working deals using ProMax Online. Our goal is to continue to develop ProMax Online to help dealerships improve the speed and effectiveness of their sales and financing activities so they can sell more vehicles at higher gross profits.
"Our strategic relationship with RouteOne will help us both provide a major advantage to dealerships in 2009," he added.
XpressCredit Integrates with ACS on RouteOne
XpressCredit and Automobile Consumer Services announced the completion of an agreement to allow seamless throughput of auto applications from ACS dealers and affinity groups to RouteOne's finance sources.
The agreement utilizes the RouteOne service for the non-franchise dealer network in the U.S. market. The partnership is designed to leverage XpressCredit's patent-pending technology and allow ACS to provide filtered credit applications to RouteOne's finance sources.
The XpressCredit platform's proprietary filtering technology allows only applications that fit a finance source's specific criterion to pass through to the institution's underwriting department, thereby enhancing efficiency, approvals and look-to-book ratios, executives noted.
"Working with XpressCredit helps ACS achieve better credit performance metrics with our lending sources by automating the credit decision process. The XpressCredit integration also helps ACS's internal efficiencies, enabling us to handle more volume from our various large affinity groups," said Tarry Shebesta, president of ACS.
"Teaming with RouteOne gives ACS a cost-effective, direct connection to our lenders, and opportunities for other banks and credit unions to do business with us," he continued.
"RouteOne is excited to serve as a technology bridge, allowing third-party networks to connect with our participating finance sources," said Jurecki. "This technology provides great benefit to our finance sources, as they can enjoy synergy with their existing connectivity to RouteOne to receive auto, RV, powersport and marine credit applications from outside of our existing franchised dealer network.
"Our relationship with XpressCredit and ACS provides our finance sources access to high-quality applications from a number of consumer Web sites," he indicated.
Mark Louer, executive vice president of XpressCredit, added, "Leveraging the technology capabilities of each partner creates economies of scale and efficiencies for the lenders. Access to a wider spectrum of lenders through Route One and ACS solidifies our dealer relationships."
