CINCINNATI — Security National Automotive Acceptance Corp. recently announced its chief operating officer has a new role with the company.

The company elevated Brian McDonald to president. He now reports to Becky and Ted Catino, co-chief executive officers of SNAAC.

In this position, the company wants McDonald to work closely with the Catinos as well as the rest of the executive team to determine new strategic growth opportunities. SNAAC also is looking for McDonald to continue to establish new business initiatives and alternative revenue opportunities.

McDonald possesses more than 26 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, including positions with Arthur Andersen and Comair. Officials noted his last five years with Comair was as vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

McDonald joined Security National as CFO in July 2005. In August 2009, the company promoted him to COO.

"I have worked very closely with Brian since he joined SNAAC in 2005. In that time, he has proven to be an innovative thinker and a motivational leader. His tenure with SNAAC, his experience as CFO and his vast industry knowledge will give him an advantage in his role as president of SNAAC," stated Ted Catino.

"Brian was the ideal candidate for this position, and I look forward to continuing to work with him to drive SNAAC's growth in the future," he added.

"I am honored to accept this position and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with our management team and the talented associates within this organization to take Security National Automotive to the next level," McDonald declared.

"SNAAC is one of the most respected automotive finance companies in the country and has tremendous opportunities to continue to grow, evolve and impact the lives of service men and women. I look forward to contributing to the bright future ahead of SNAAC," he concluded.
