MASON, Ohio — Finance company Security National Automotive Acceptance Corp. recently revealed its new E-Signature product that aims to simplify the buying process for dealers and customers.

The product offered through the company’s SNAAC Now proprietary system can be utilized simply by visiting snaacnow.com. According to company officials, dealers need only visit the site, “select the document they want e-signed and use their mouse to point and click to capture their signature.”

“E-Signature benefits everyone in many ways. E-Signature is highly compliant, efficient and cost-effective. The process ensures that the buyer reviews contracts and documents that are filled in completely prior to signing,” said Bob Bender, vice president of credit and compliance at SNAAC.

“The dealer is working with contracts that are accurate and error-free, practically eliminating the need to ever bring the buyer back again due to incomplete paperwork or missed signatures,” he continued.

Bender went on to add: “We measure our efficiency in how fast we process the contract package and ACH the dealer their advance. Since the E-Signature documents stay in electronic format, as soon as the dealer and buyer complete their transaction, we can start processing the contract package. We have already experienced a 35 percent improvement in purchase times for contracts utilizing E-Signature.”

The company also stressed that to ensure compliance, there are security measures in place that track every step of the E-Signature process.
 
“E-Signature will save each dealer hundreds of dollars each month by eliminating the need to overnight the original contract and documents to us,” Binder further stressed.

Rich Oakes, vice president of sales and business development at SNAAC, offered his opinion regarding the adoption rate of the new process among dealers:  “Our E-Signature product is a game changer in the marketplace.
