SARASOTA, Fla. — Auto Dealer Monthly recently unveiled the dates and location for its 2008 Special Finance Convention, which is scheduled for Aug. 17 to 19 at the Fairmont in Dallas.

"With our educational programs available based on skill and sales volume, this convention has something for everyone needing to take their department to the next level," stated Greg Goebel, president of Auto Dealer Monthly. "In these challenging times, you simply cannot afford to miss it."

Goebel went on to add that the convention is featuring a plethora of dealer attendees in addition to national trainers and leaders. Officials anticipate a total attendance of more than 500, with 300 dealers and dealership personnel expected to attend.

According to the company, the conference will include an exhibit hall that will be open for a total of 11 hours. Attendees can learn about the latest products on the market that can help the special finance operations.

The convention begins with a reception and ends with roundtable discussions, officials highlighted.

Auto Dealer Monthly also noted the praise it received from attendees and exhibitors at last year's convention.

"The educational sessions were outstanding. I've been doing this for almost 30 years, and it's the best day and a half I've ever spent in meetings," commented Rick Lee, sales director at Alexander Family of Dealerships, said. "It was educational. It was informative."

Early registration, with a $200 discount, has now begun. Group rates are also available.
