CARY, N.C. — As final preparations are made for the Used Car Week Conferences, which will be held Nov. 14–18 in Las Vegas, it was announced the special conference room rate of $200 expires today and cannot be extended.

Bill Zadeits, conference co-chair,  also noted that rooms at the hotel, the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, are filling up quickly and advised attendees to reserve their room as soon as possible. According to Zadeits, after today, room rates at the Red Rock will increase to rack rates, which are currently $450 or more.

In addition, the Red Rock is currently sold out for Monday night, but Zadeits added that conference organizers have developed an option for conference attendees who are not able to secure a room at the Red Rock.

There is now a block of rooms available for Used Car Week attendees at the J.W. Marriott Resort in Las Vegas, which is about 10 minutes from the Red Rock. Room rates are $125 per night. Conference organizers are currently arranging transportation between the J.W. Marriott and the Red Rock, and a shuttle schedule will be released shortly.

In other new from the Used Car Week Conferences, conference organizers have announced that the attendee lists continue to grow, surpassing any prior year’s attendance.

“We are thrilled by the response we’ve had to this year’s week of conferences,” said Zadeits. “Attendees are really responding to our excellent lineup of speakers, and the industry is buzzing about the great networking and business opportunities that our conferences provide.”
