CARY, N.C. — Cherokee Automotive Group recently announced
changes in the leadership of its print and online media properties.

At SubPrime Auto Finance News, Amanda Dunlap has been named
associate publisher of the magazine and its affiliated media properties, with
Nick Zulovich being named editor.

Steve Leslie is now associate publisher of Auto Remarketing
magazine and its affiliated media properties, and Joe Overby has been named
editor.

All changes were made effective May 1.

"Each of these individuals has played a key role in growing
Cherokee Automotive Group and our media properties over the last few years.
It's extremely gratifying to have such strong talent internally and to be able
to promote from within the company," said publisher Bill Zadeits.

"As we continue to grow and expand our products and media,
with these promotions we are well-positioned to bring in additional staff to
assist us in that endeavor," he continued.

Zadeits added: " I'm very pleased with the vision,
excitement and commitment to excellence each one of these people have shown in
their new roles; and my expectations are that we will continue to serve our
audiences in print, in person and online in ways that no other media company
can in the remarketing, pre-owned and subprime auto finance market segments."
