Trifish Finance Turns to New Company for Payment Processing
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Trifish Finance, an indirect auto finance company based in southern California, recently switched to ACH Federal to orchestrate online payment processing services.
Executives from both companies have been pleased with the relationship that began in May, saying that more than $434,000 worth of transactions were processed during the first 30 days.
Trifish Finance noted it previously was a client of MoneyGram International. Trifish opted for ACH Federal to fulfill its electronic payment processing needs because of "the company's high standards for security, industry experience and customer service," according to officials.
Trifish plans to use ACH Federal's ACH technology platform to offer recurring ACH payment services to its customers.
"ACH Federal has provided us with top-of-the-line customer service and the highest standards of security and reliability in an ACH solution," explained Avi Shraga, president of Trifish Finance.
"It is key for our business to be able to provide several electronic payment options to our clients and ACH Federal offers a proven and easy-to-use Web-based solution," Shraga added.
In addition to providing risk management and compliance programs, ACH Federal emphasized that its platform can meet the highest security standards, using dual-file approval systems, multi-factor authentication and best-of-breed data encryption technology for all transactions.
"As we continue on our impressive growth track, TriFish is the ideal customer for ACH Federal because it is responsible for processing a large volume of recurring electronic payments," noted Russ Scudder, chief executive officer of ACH Federal.
"At the same time, we have a great mutually-beneficial relationship because we are able to provide a best-in-class ACH platform that fulfills the needs of its customers and is of great value to TriFish," Scudder concluded.
