OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — One of NCM Associates' trainers who
specializes in the buy-here, pay-here market is going to host a 60-minute
webinar explaining the different business models for the dealership and its
related service operation.

During a session that's set for noon ET on Thursday, Gene
Daughtry — NCM's BHPH/LHPH 20 Group moderator, trainer, consultant and
operations specialist — will cover the different types of shop setups and what
the benefits and negatives are to each model.

Daughtry plans to emphasize the following points:

—The differences between warranties, service contracts and
how reinsurance can be financially beneficial or detrimental in each.

—Different repair scenarios and how the repair is affected
by the type of shop you operate and the different warranty/service contract
options that are available.

—Shop operations affect on your portfolio, collections and
the attitudes/morale of your employees.

"There will be time for Q&A in this live webcast, so come
prepared to join the conversation and get your BHPH service questions
answered," said Daughtry, who in 22 years worked as a finance director, sales
manager, assistant general manager and general manager and also handled a
startup of a new BHPH operation.

The cost to attend the live session is $49 per log-in, but
