MINNEAPOLIS — Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced Wednesday that it has named a senior attorney for its indirect lending business unit, which provides compliance tools and services to marine, RV and dealerships, and the lenders that serve them.

Serving in this capacity is Chip Zyvoloski. As senior attorney, Zyvoloski researches and monitors relevant legislation and regulations affecting dealerships, as well as the banks, credit unions and finance companies that offer indirect lending services.

He analyzes and responds to pending changes and their potential impact on lenders and dealers.

His responsibilities have included legal product development and maintenance, and providing customization services for the company's largest customers. Prior to joining the company, he was an associate attorney at a general practice law firm.
