Wolters Kluwer, Nowcom Team Up
LOS ANGELES — Dealers who work with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services now have a streamlined system of processing loan documents thanks to a new service being offered by Nowcom.
With a simple click of the mouse, Nowcom's Dealer Desktop "print pack" enables the printing of all required forms for a retail installment contract which can be previewed and edited before printing on any laser or inkjet printer.
"The integration of plain paper contracts and forms into Dealer Desktop gives our dealers a competitive advantage. By being able to quickly access, edit and print the necessary paperwork, the dealer is able to effectively and efficiently complete the sale," said Miguel Jurado, director of dealer services for Nowcom.
Instead of searching for financial forms that may be outdated, Wolters Kluwer's Bankers System offers a limited compliance warranty that ensures all installment contract paperwork is compliant with current legislative and regulatory changes affecting auto finance in the U.S.
Also, the new system helps dealers who may have been using dot matrix printers and pre-printed forms to complete sales, which could sometimes lead to misalignment issues.
Dealers will be charged a fee per completed deal, which includes the sales contract and all other necessary forms to complete the transaction, according to the companies.
