PITTSBURGH — Less than a week after announcing the opening of an office in the Midwest, Chase Auto Finance unveiled a new location on Tuesday in Pennsylvania.

Executives explained this new Custom Finance office in Pittsburgh is meant to serve the subprime financing needs of dealers throughout western Pennsylvania. They mentioned the office houses an underwriting and funding team that can serve consumer finance needs for local dealers as well.

Chase indicated the office resides in Suite 400 at Penn Center East, which is located at 201 Penn Center Blvd. The company said the site is managed by Jim Ciocian, who also oversees Chase's Philadelphia business center.

Previously, Chase mentioned dealers and customers from western Pennsylvania were serviced from the Philadelphia center. Basically, the new Pittsburgh office is geared to complement the Philadelphia office, which still plans to service some collections and booking of loans.

"Chase prides itself on offering local customer service that makes it easier and faster for auto dealers and consumers to access our subprime financing solutions," noted Bill Jensen, Chase Custom Finance executive.

"We continue to expand in the region and anticipate future growth," Jensen added.

Chase now provides services to upward of 15,000 dealers through more than 40 business centers nationwide.

The company highlighted that local Chase teams can provide a full suite of services to dealerships through prime and subprime business centers. Its Dealer Commercial Services division serves as a non-captive floor plan and commercial loan provider for dealerships and can offer treasury management services, real estate financing and other commercial banking services to franchised dealers.

Just before Memorial Day, Chase Auto Finance rolled out a new office in Iowa's capital city. Executives pointed out the facility in Des Moines is equipped to serve clients throughout the Central Plains, especially in Iowa and Nebraska.
