FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — RouteOne on Tuesday launched an integration with LeadSync, what executives described as a complimentary tool that can automatically export customer leads directly to a dealership's RouteOne integrated DSP.

They went on to note LeadSync is meant to build on RouteOne's open integration strategy, blending a dealer's lead source with more than 70 RouteOne integrated DSP providers.

To recap, LeadSync is geared to work in tandem with RouteOne's WebApplyOne leads management tool, as well as any other RouteOne integrated lead provider. A WebApplyOne lead received from a dealer website can be automatically forwarded to a dealer's CRM or DSP of their choice using the LeadSync feature.

Additionally, RouteOne highlighted that it has improved the integration interface for DSPs. Officials contend that by enabling the display of the lead type such as contract or lease termination throughout the lead cycle, the improvement can allow dealers to filter them more effectively and act upon high priority leads.

Furthermore, the company pointed out that metrics on lead performance can also be created, enabling dealers to determine and capitalize on those lead types that are most profitable.

"We are pleased to offer dealers a competitive edge with LeadSync integration," stated Mike Jurecki, chief executive officer of RouteOne. "As the online experience grows, dealers will find a greater need to sync their CRM and DSP tools with leads from WebApplyOne and any other source that is integrated into RouteOne.

"Eliminating manual effort will provide dealers a more efficient way to manage and capitalize on their leads," he added.
