LOUISVILLE, Ky.  — The
Louisville J.D. Byrider dealership recently hosted a slam-dunk customer
appreciation event for current and new customers as the store celebrated its
first anniversary.

Since its opening a year ago, officials highlighted the
corporate-owned location has achieved a 99 percent sales satisfaction rating
and a 95 percent service satisfaction rating among current customers.

In celebration of its anniversary, the dealership is the
first company store in the system to upgrade its warranty policy from a
24-month/24,000-mile warranty to a 36-month/36,000-mile warranty on service and
vehicle support for all new customers.

Attendees who came to the showroom at 6600 Dixie Highway
earlier this month enjoyed free food and entertainment, car washes, giveaways
and the chance to meet NBA legend Darrell "Dr. Dunkenstein" Griffith.

J.D. Byrider officials indicated Griffith was on hand to
sign autographs and shoot hoops with fans for charity, and all proceeds, along
with a $5,000 donation from the dealership, were given to the West End School
in Louisville. Board chairman Paul Perconti of West End School was present to
accept the donation.

"We're very fortunate to have great customers in the
community who have helped us reach our one-year anniversary," said Lee Becton,
general manager of Louisville J.D. Byrider.

"Because of this, we're proud to become community partners
and supporters of West End School and its mission to provide at-risk boys a
solid, supportive education that enables pathways to success – much like the
mission of J.D. Byrider," Becton continued.

 J.D. Byrider chief
operating officer Rob Palmer added, "Our Louisville company store has been
performing well by putting the customers first, helping them get financing and
ultimately improving their lives.

"We listen to our customers and, as a result, our sales and
service rating ranks above the national average for car dealers," Palmer went
on to say.
