HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. —
Management from cuautocoupon — a program geared to help drive more
business to credit unions and dealerships — recently announced the signing of
six credit unions to its growing California network.

The largest of the new additions is Kinecta Federal Credit
Union, an operation based in Manhattan Beach, Calif., with a $3.25 billion balance
sheet serving more than 232,000 members.

Kinecta FCU traces its origin to 1940 when it was founded as
the Hughes Aircraft Employees Federal Credit Union and changed its name in 2001.

Officials highlighted that Kinecta's customer base is
largely found in the Anaheim, Lancaster, Rialto, Santa Ana and greater Los
Angeles areas of southern California. It is now cuautocoupon's largest credit union
in California.

The company's Golden State network now includes nine credit
unions totaling more than 550,000 members.

Along with Kinecta, cuautocoupon has enrolled five other California-based
credit unions, including American First CU in LaHabra, South Western FCU in
LaHabra, CalCom FCU in Torrance, Mattel FCU in El Segundo and City of Downey
FCU in Downey.

"We continue to grow our network strongly in California," cuautocoupon
president Robert O'Hara insisted.

"Clearly, this is our intent and we will equally mirror this
on the East Coast and the nation's midsection," O'Hara continued. "Our goal has
always been to build a strong core network of credit unions in specific
targeted regions over a short period of time.

"We have been extremely successful in meeting this goal but
we know we can continue to improve upon our achievements," he concluded.
