EDINA, Minn. — Buy-here, pay-here dealership chain CarHop
not only bolstered its presence in well-established markets, the company
recently opened a dealership in Pennsylvania to raise its footprint to 16
states.

That newest store is in Pittsburgh, located
at 3408 William Penn Highway.

"It's not every day that CarHop opens in a new state, so we
consider it a huge accomplishment," district manager Jeff Hofer said when the
company rolled out the store earlier this month. "And beginning with the great
city of Pittsburgh is a great way to get acquainted with the Keystone State."

The dealership in the Steel City is among a total of four
stores CarHop has rolled out in the last several weeks.

CarHop now operates four stores in Iowa, adding Sioux City
to go along with dealerships in Des Moines, Council Bluffs and Cedar Rapids.

"Things have been great since we opened our first Iowa store
in Des Moines in 2005," CarHop vice president of sales Mike Anderson said.
"We've been able to help a lot of good people in Iowa get back on the road, and
we hope to help many more with our new location in Sioux City."

CarHop's Sioux City is located at 3220 Singing Hills Blvd.

"We're excited to have another store in the Hawkeye State," district
manager Daryl Gerardy said. "It's important for us to make our services
available to people as much as possible. The more stores we open, the more
people we can help."

In the neighboring state of Illinois, CarHop rolled out its
sixth store within the Land of Lincoln, unveiling a lot at 221 N. Alpine Road in
Rockford.

"We go where we're needed," said district manager Peter
Desouza, whose territory includes Illinois. "There is a substantial demand for
our services in Rockford. The more people we can help get back on the road the
better."

Rockford store manager Gary Griese added, "CarHop and the
Land of Lincoln have always gotten along well. There are many people in the
region that need help driving, and we're happy to help."

Furthermore out West, CarHop ventured into California for
the first time back in January with a store in Hayward. Because the company
said that store enjoyed quick success, CarHop added dealerships soon afterward
in Vallejo and Richmond.

This fall, the company made its way to Sacramento.

"We think the Sacramento store will make an excellent
addition to the market," Anderson said. "Our other California stores have
already helped a lot of people drive, just within this year, and we hope to
help many more in Sacramento and people from the surrounding area."

District manager Bea Swanson added, "We're very excited to
be expanding our services in California. Another store means that we are able
to help even more Californians drive, and we're proud of that."

All told, CarHop now operates 53 dealerships.

And according to its website, CarHop isn't finished expanding.
The company said it is going to open its first store in Utah at an undisclosed
date.
