LAS VEGAS — As NCM Associates made plans for a special open
house between the events, the National Alliance of Buy-Here Pay-Here Dealers
said inventory is running out for the special block of rooms for the Dealer
Academy and National Conference at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

NABD founder Ken Shilson said suites for the "unheard of low
rate of only $179 per night with no resort fees," are in short supply for both
the Dealer Academy, which runs May 19–21, and the National Conference, which
goes on from May 21–23.

"Our participants consistently say that attendance to NABD events
are by far the best time and money they've ever spent on BHPH education and
helping their operation grow," Shilson said. "Don't miss this year's conferences."

Along with training and timely discussion about credit,
compliance, best practices and more, this year's event also is scheduled to
include a presentation by Joe Gibbs, coach of Super Bowl winning professional
football squads and owner of NASCAR championship race teams.

As the room block dwindles, NABD also pointed out that time
is growing short for early registration discounts for these events. Dealers can
save $300 to as much as $680 to attend the Dealer Academy and operators can
save $300 to $410 to attend the National Conference if they complete the
process by April 28.

"These events will help you keep current on these important
industry developments and will facilitate networking with many of the nation's
best operators and experts," Shilson added.

The complete agendas for the Dealer Academy and National
Conference as well as the opportunity to register and book discount rooms can
be found at bhphinfo.com.

Meanwhile, officials from the Oregon Vehicle Dealer
Association and the Oregon Power Sports Association are giving BHPH owners from
the Beaver State a chance to win National Convention registration, airfare and
lodging for one person, a $ 1,500 value.
The giveaway is in conjunction with the associations, NABD and Vehicle
Acceptance Corp.

The drawing will take place on Saturday and dealers can
register at www.ordealers.com.

NCM to Host Open House for BHPH Dealers Attending NABD 2013

Along with being a sponsor of the Dealer Academy and the
National Conference, NCM Associates also will be hosting an hour-long open
house on May 21 to meet and talk with attending BHPH operators and franchised
dealers about the opportunities in BHPH and how to drive maximum profitability
in their operations.

The free open house will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Alsace
I at the Wynn Las Vegas, site of the 2013 Dealer Academy and NABD Conference.
The event will feature NCM's two BHPH specialists, Brent Carmichael and Gene
Daughtry, who are part of keynote and educational sessions throughout the two
events.

Daughtry and Carmichael will be participating in a total of
seven presentations during the two events and will be available in the NCM
exhibit booth during exhibit hours, but NCM highlighted the open house format
with casual food and beverages offers them a unique opportunity to visit
informally with NABD attendees.

Carmichael is a veteran NABD Dealer Academy and Conference
speaker who sees the open house event as a unique opportunity to meet attendees
on a more personal level.

"While we're excited to contribute to so many of the Academy
and Conference sessions this year and we look forward to meeting the attendees
in NCM's exhibits at both events, the open house gives Gene and I the
opportunity to have more in-depth conversations with the attending BHPH
operators who are looking for information and resources that will help them
take their operations to the next level," Carmichael said.

NCM president and chief executive officer Paul Faletti Jr. expressed
enthusiasm for NCM's involvement in NABD 2013, especially in light of the
company's recent expanded capacity to serve BHPH dealers looking to make their
operations even better.

"We are fortunate to now have two of the industry's leading
BHPH specialists on the NCM team, having recently added Gene to our associate
ranks," Faletti said.

 "Gene's credentials
and expertise, like Brent's, are well known and respected within the BHPH
industry and we are looking forward to introducing Gene as NCM's newest BHPH
specialist at such a high profile venue," Faletti went on to say..

Dealers wishing to attend the NCM open house must register
in advance at ncm20.com/nabd.  There is
no fee to attend.
