LAS VEGAS — For dealers who want to use their smartphones to
see where a vehicle might be that's attached to a delinquent customer, Spireon
is about to give them that capability.

Today, Spireon is offering a sneak peak of its new enhanced
mobile platform for its GoldStar GPS solution, a tool the company says it will
launch next month. Store owners and managers attending the National Alliance of
Buy-Here, Pay-Here Dealers National Conference can catch a glimpse of Goldstar
GPS Mobile at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

The company highlighted the mobile platform can deliver
GoldsStar GPS risk mitigation and collateral management solutions to dealers and
lenders, allowing them to quickly and effectively track assets and recover
vehicles "from the palm of their hand."

Through an optimized interfaced designed to be easy to use,
Spireon explained dealer and lender clients can assess vehicle locations as
well as real-time, on-demand vehicle information from any browser with no need
to download an app.

David Meyer, executive vice president of Spireon's
automotive solutions group, indicated that upgrades to the platform will be
automatically pushed out to the application with no need to update firmware.

Meyer insisted the enhanced mobile platform will help
dealers and lenders not only conduct on-demand locates, but it will extend the
power of GoldStar GPS after hours and off of the lot.

"GoldStar GPS Mobile capabilities will be especially
valuable in supporting repossession activities outside the office," Meyer said.
"It improves the repossession process with optimized, immediate, mobile access,
and it streamlines the installation process as well so installer can verify key
solution features immediately through the mobile device without ever having to
go into the dealership office.

"Using GoldStar GPS Mobile capabilities from any smartphone
or tablet provide dealers lenders with the exact location of delinquent
vehicles for rapid and cost-effective recovery, all available at their fingertips.

The solution roll out comes at a time when delinquencies and
