PHOENIX — On-demand payment processor BillingTree recently
announced the availability of Compliance Suite.

BillingTree Compliance Suite can help companies to ensure
compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines related to accepting payments
from consumers.

Officials believe Compliance Suite can bring it all together
by providing key resources and automated tools for defining, implementing,
assessing, refining and tracking payment policies and procedures.

Comprised of three components, Compliance Suite can support
the need to adhere to the latest payment compliance regulations on an ongoing
basis, identifies policy and procedure gaps to reduce risks, and manages
consumer complaint resolution and documentation more efficiently.

Compliance Suite includes:

—Compliance Central: An easy to access online portal
providing timely compliance news, information, analysis, tools and templates to

—Compliance Coach: Online self-paced training and assessment,

all forms of payment from consumers, including checks/ACH transactions, credit
or debit cards, whether they are collected over the phone by an agent or an
automated system, via the web or through some other electronic method.
Compliance Coach courses are available for purchase online starting at $199 for
a single user (multiple user discounts available online) including
complimentary access to BillingTree's Compliance Central. Firms do not need be

—Complaint Tracking: Automated complaint resolution
management, highlighting the trends and potential root causes of consumer
complaints, so that issues can be addressed through revisions to
policies/practices or employee training. Pricing is dependent on number of
users with no long term contract required and also includes complimentary

With BillingTree's Compliance Suite, BillingTree vice
president of business development Liz Caracciolo insisted organizations can
continuously inform and educate staff about the latest laws, regulations and
guidelines and how they impact payment policies and procedures.

Caracciolo emphasized that firms can gain timely insight and
guidance on compliance best practices plus automate compliance training,
assessment and related documentation.

When coupled with the suite's optional complaint tracking, Caracciolo

complaints in accordance with the CFPB's expanding complaint resolution
program.
