SNAAC Named 2015 Greater Cincinnati Top Workplace

In other award news, SNAAC has been selected as one of Greater Cincinnati’s Top Workplaces of 2015.

SNAAC highlighted the Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 45 major publishing partners across the United States. SNAAC was previously named a Top Workplace in 2013.

SNAAC associates enjoy flexible scheduling opportunities, casual dress attire and an array of activities such as field day, in-office parties and company outings to Cincinnati Reds baseball games. Associates are committed to serving the military community and bring snacks for patients at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center once a month.

In addition, SNAAC associates help lead and contribute to Operation: Stand Down, which collects backpacks filled with clothing and personal care items for homeless veterans in the region. This year, SNAAC contributed more than $15,000 in employee-collected and corporate donations to the USA Cares program to assist veterans with the transition from military to civilian life.

SNAAC president and CEO Brian McDonald said one of the most prominent perks of working at SNAAC is the focus on individual career goals.

“At SNAAC, career development is very important to us. We encourage associates to consider their aspirations and career goals and our team works together to bring them to fruition,” McDonald said.

“This award is a testament to the great work we do together, and the team we’ve built around us. Our associates are what makes SNAAC an exciting place to come to work every day," he went on to say.

The Cincinnati Enquirer published the complete list of Top Workplaces on June 14.
