HUDSON, Ohio -

One of the presenting sponsors of Used Car Week 2018 recently collected another accolade.

Jayne Bronchetti, president of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corp., has been named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching for 2018 based on her lifelong pursuit of equality in the workplace at public and private companies.

Along with Bronchetti, this year’s list includes executives from many global and national companies, including Walt Disney, LinkedIn, Mattel, Huntington National Bank, AutoGravity, Lincoln Financial Group and Aflac.

As president of a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Millennium Capital and Recovery highlighted that Bronchetti has paved the way for diversity and inclusion with her dedicated and relentless focus on cultivating a diverse workforce.

Among her achievements at Millennium, she was named one of the top CEOs in auto finance, with recognition to her longtime dedication to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, she was a keynote speaker at Toyota Financial Services’ inaugural Mentorship Program Graduation for Diverse Suppliers.

Bronchetti concluded her personal essay titled, “A Harsh Lesson that Made Me a Better Leader,” by writing, “With a rewarding long-term career, and now as a business owner, I encourage those who will listen to take inspiration from others, ask for guidance, become a mentor and role model, work hard, be resourceful and respectful, go the distance, and empower others by giving them a chance to succeed and providing them with the tools and guidance to do just that!”

And Millennium Capital and Recovery will have a significant presence during Repo Con at Used Car Week 2018, which takes places at the Westin Keirland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz. On Nov. 13, Jeff Marsh of Millennium will host a Repo Con General Session titled, “How AI and The 4 ACES (Autonomous, Connectivity, Electrification and Sharing) are Transforming the Recovery Industry.

“Technology is transforming the recovery industry in all aspects,” Marsh said. “Meeting the stricter third- and fourth-party vendor management oversight expectations is more challenging than ever — especially while trying to achieve higher recovery rates and reducing losses.

Part 1 of this session will focus on how lenders, whether they use the direct model or national model, can successfully gain control and visibility of all the providers in their network at all levels, while standardizing the vetting, due diligence, complaint management and scorecarding of those vendors,” he continued.

“Part 2 discusses how today’s cutting-edge technology and the 4 ACES (Automation, Connectivity, Electrification and Sharing) will transform the recovery industry in all ways,” Marsh went on to say.
