How Chicago BHPH dealer enjoyed ‘small miracle’ via TurboPass
A buy-here, pay-here operator with four locations in the Chicagoland area evidently enjoyed a “small miracle” with the aid of TurboPass.
Earlier this year, Chicago Car Center began using TurboPass reports to streamline the verification process in all of its locations in order to help its buyers get qualified for the right vehicle and the right terms, faster and with less hassle.
Using TurboPass, dealers can send a text to their customers at the point of sale or during their shopping process to validate the customer's down payment ability in seconds, saving valuable time in the vehicle buying and closing process. A unique TurboPass code is generated for each customer, allowing dealers to easily view, print and submit the customer’s stips alongside their deal package.
“Our highest priority is to make sure that the vehicles we sell fit the customer’s budget and needs. TurboPass helps us do this in a way that is easy for customers and we’re able to make quick decisions based on accurate information,” Chicago Car Center president Roni Ramot said in a news release.
“Customers and staff are pleasantly surprised with the speed of the process,” Ramot continued. “As a sales organization, we get more done in less time and we feel better about setting our customers up for success right from the start by using TurboPass.
“There are so many different ways that our customers make money these days to support their families and TurboPass reports have allowed us to standardize the way that we verify all income types,” Ramot went on to say. “It’s really simplified our lives and gets everyone in the dealership from sales to finance to underwriting on the same page all at the same time. I would consider that a small miracle as a BHPH dealer with multiple locations.”
The relationship with Chicago Car Center is part of the client portfolio TurboPass has built this year. TurboPass also serves finance companies such as Automotive Credit Corp., Turner Acceptance and Westlake Financial.
TurboPass chief operating officer and founder Ken Jarman explained how the company is looking to get deeper into the dealer world, too.
“We look to partner with innovative and forward-thinking dealers around the country who understand the need to utilize digital tools to help customers succeed and to minimize paperwork, wait times and hassle,” Jarman said.
“Chicago Car Center is certainly a leader in this regard among others and we are very proud that they are one of almost 1,500 users around the country that are pulling TurboPass reports to do right by its customers and lenders,” Jarman went on to say.
