Brent Carmichael has been a 20 Group moderator, instructor and dealership consultant with NCM Associates for almost two decades, and is now practically synonymous with 20 Groups. So much so that in being introduced before one of his two sessions at the 2024 BHPH United Summit in Las Vegas this spring, he was described as an “industry legend.”
