According to Experian’s Q4 2020 State of the Automotive Finance Market report, analysts discovered a baker’s dozen of states with 30-day delinquency rates of 1.83% and higher. That group included:

Maryland: 3.17%
Mississippi: 3.04%
Louisiana: 2.66%
Alabama: 2.20%
Georgia: 2.19%
Texas: 2.15%
South Carolina: 2.14%
New Mexico: 2.02%
Arkansas: 1.98%
North Carolina: 1.94%
Florida: 1.92%
Oklahoma: 1.91%
Missouri: 1.83%
