Company officials went on to explain what DocOne does. The solution is intended to provide data merging and population of Wolters Kluwer's warranted bankers systems retail installment contracts. They stressed it can help to ensure loan documentation is accurate and compliant.

"DocOne builds the correct selection of forms and contracts based on the particular lending and regulatory requirements, and validates the data to maintain compliance," company officials stressed.

AVAbahn mentioned that it conducted a successful pilot program with a large dealer group to test its solution integration. The success of that endeavor prompted the company to roll out the integration to all interested dealers.
