BENTONVILLE, Ark., and EDINA, Minn. — Buy-here, pay-here
dealership chains America's Car-Mart and CarHop recently made a series of
additions to their store networks.

By bringing on the 121st dealership into its portfolio,
Car-Mart expanded its footprint in Missouri by rolling out a lot in Harrisonville.
The store is the company's 16th location in Missouri and its seventh new
dealership to open so this fiscal year.

"We have a proud history and a bright future and our plans are
to continue to expand our business to more cities like Harrisonville as we
grow," Car-Mart president and chief executive officer William "Hank" Henderson said.

The Car-Mart boss indicated the Harrisonville dealership
will be managed by Marc Hester, "who is very excited to lead our efforts at
this great new location.

"We feel confident that we will have at least three more new
lot openings prior to our April 30 year end which will put us at 10 for the
year," Henderson went on to say.

SubPrime Auto Finance News published details about Car-Mart's
third-quarter performance here.

"Our solid financial results, strong balance sheet and
competitive strengths will continue to allow us to provide the best possible
service to our 57,000-plus active accounts and to future customers we will gain
as we grow.  Car-Mart chief financial officer
Jeff Williams said.

"We expect to open additional dealerships at an approximate
10 annual rate beyond fiscal 2013," Williams added.

Meanwhile, CarHop recently ventured into new territory,
adding a store in Murray, Utah. The company now has lots in 16 different
states.

CarHop's Murray store is located at 4338 South State Street.

"We are excited to offer our program and services to the
folks in Utah, and look forward to helping people drive in another new state," CarHop
district manager Bea Swanson said. "We are confident that the opportunity we
lend to our customers will be successful in the Salt Lake City area and will
provide a much needed service to the wonderful community here."

Furthermore, CarHop broadened its presence in Pennsylvania
by rolling out its third store in the Keystone State. After opening two lots in
western Pennsylvania, CarHop now has a store on the eastern side in Allentown.

"CarHop first came to Pennsylvania in October of 2012, and
since then things have gone great," district manager Jeff Hofer said. "We've
already helped a lot of people in Carnegie and Pittsburgh, and look forward to
helping many more in Allentown."

The Allentown store is located at 2215 Lehigh Street.

Finally, CarHop relocated a lot in its home state. The
company shifted its St. Cloud, Minn., dealership on 14th Avenue South to 2225
Roosevelt Road.

All told, CarHop now operates 58 dealerships.
