SARASOTA, Fla. — Constellation Automotive Software, which specializes in the buy-here, pay-here marketplace, recently announced it added a new consulting and training practice division.

The company tapped industry veterans Don Miller and Al Mosher to serve in consultant roles.

Miller spent the past eight years as a consultant for CarBiz, supervising the CarBiz Consulting Group for the past five years. Mosher arrived at Constellation directly from running a multi-store BHPH operation in Illinois for the past three years. Before that post, Mosher was a CarBiz consultant for five years,

"I believe that top-tier consulting services are an excellent complement to our software solution," noted Robert Lowenstein, Constellation's general manager.

"The consulting services provide the best practices, principles and tracking to ensure dealerships are running as efficiently and profitably as possible," Lowenstein continued.

Miller echoed Lowenstein's position, adding that sharing extensive experience in the DCF system is critical to success of BHPH dealers.

"The DCF consulting business model has been used successfully by hundreds of BHPH dealers nationwide for the past 25 years," Miller insisted.

"Constellation offers one of the finest BHPH software programs on the market today and this union just makes a lot of sense," he went on to say.

"Al and I are excited about this opportunity to continue working with fine BHPH dealers across the country and assisting new dealers in entering the BHPH industry," Miller concluded.
