DALLAS — Ford Extended Service Plan recently announced it has selected Ristken Software as its partner to launch new F&I menu selling and reporting systems.

The new systems are called ESP Profitlink Menu and ESP Profitlink Reporting. Both products will be used to assist and support Ford dealerships in finance and sales operations.

Basically Ford ESP Profitlink offers Web-based F&I reporting applications and menu selling solutions powered by Ristken. The menu selling system is designed to effectively present all F&I products to customers at every transaction while ensuring dealer compliance in all 50 states and Canada.

The reporting system enables dealerships to more effectively manage and monitor their finance and sales department productivity while providing highly customized reports to run their operations, officials highlighted.
