HANOVER, Md. — Hudson Cook LLP recently announced the addition of three attorneys and the opening of the firm’s New England offices. 

Joining the firm is Lori Desjardins, Thomas Quinn Jr. and Ryan Stinneford — all formerly with Pierce Atwood LLP. The new hires have joined their banking and compliance practice with Hudson Cook.

Highlighting their backgrounds, Desjardins brings extensive experience in bank regulatory compliance involving deposit, credit, non-deposit investment products, cash management products and service agreements, the company shared.

Moving on, Quinn’s background is in banks and non-depository financial service companies and their compliance with state and federal regulations affecting consumer lending, deposit products and privacy matters.

Lastly, Stinneford’s practice includes state and federal regulatory compliance and bank regulatory matters. 

“His experience also includes advising clients in all industries on marketing, advertising, privacy and data security issues,” officials noted.
