COLUMBUS, Ohio — While serving as an event sponsor, Huntington Bank will be looking to drum up some auto loan business during the upcoming 2012 Indy Auto Show.

Huntington indicated earlier this week that it plans to have bankers available during the show to answer any questions attendees may have about new or used vehicle loans.

Huntington also is a platinum sponsor for the event being held Dec. 26 through Jan. 1 at the Indiana Convention Center.

"Huntington is proud to support the Indy Auto Show, and we are looking forward to sponsoring this event and supporting the local automobile dealers in the state," stated Clint Sommer, Huntington's Indiana region manager.

The 98th annual auto show is set to feature more than 375,000 square feet of exhibit space for vehicles. Exhibitors will include a variety of well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers, and Buick will give away a new Buick Regal.
