SAN DIEGO — Fueled by more customers and staff, LEAP Financial, an auto leasing company that helps consumers facing repossession or bankruptcy either keep their vehicle or get a different one, recently expanded its footprint in San Diego.

In a deal brokered by Hughes Marino, one of San Diego's leading commercial real estate company exclusively representing corporate tenants, LEAP Financial signed a lease in the Sorrento Valley area.

The company indicated the new space will support continued growth in revenues and staff.

"We are very pleased with LEAP's growth trajectory," stated Tim Condon, president and founder of LEAP Financial.

"Our staff has grown in the past few months, and we are attracting more customers," Condon continued. "We are equally excited to find space within close proximity to our current location and gain access to the strong workforce talent pool in San Diego. Hughes Marino is an excellent partner for us and clearly understands our needs."

Craig Knox, senior vice president at Hughes Marino, chimed in, saying, "We are always pleased to work with growth companies such as LEAP Financial.

"LEAP's customer-focused business model aligns with that of Hughes Marino, and we are happy to play a role in LEAP's future success," Marino added.
