PHILADELPHIA — As the company recently received an endorsement
from the Florida Bankers Association, VINtek reported a 28-percent increase in
new customer signings in 2012 for its collateral management services, electronic
lien and title services and direct finance processing for auto lenders.

VINtek highlighted that new clients represent an estimated
30-percent increase in recurring revenue above client sales in 2011.

Many of VINtek's new clients signed on for ELT services due
to the rapid expansion of ELT across the country. ELT replaces the traditional
paper-based lien transaction between lenders and DMVs with an electronic data
transmission, eliminating the need to issue and mail a paper title.

In anticipation of the impact of Georgia legislation
requiring lienholder participation in the Georgia Department of Revenue's ELT
program in 2013, VINtek signed eight out of the top 10 credit unions in the
state.

VINtek also saw significant client growth in Florida with
that state's move to required ELT participation by lienholders.

VINtek selected by BancServ as the exclusive endorsed ELT
supplier to provide services to member banks of the Florida Bankers Association
(FBA).

Last year, the Florida legislature passed a bill requiring
that all automotive lenders in the state implement the Florida Department of
Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' (DHSMV) paperless ELT process by Jan.1.
VINtek was endorsed by the FBA after a thorough due diligence process based on
the company's expertise in transitioning banks of all sizes to ELT.

ELT can enable Florida banks to receive electronic liens
from the DHSMV, and is an environmentally friendly alternative to paper-based
vehicle titles. ELT also can increase efficiency for the state agency and
automotive lenders by saving time, reducing needed storage space and
significantly reducing the risk of fraud or error.

"It is very important for us to help our member institutions
make a smooth transition to an electronic lien and title process," FBA president
and chief executive officer Alex Sanchez said.

"VINtek is the clear choice to help us make the switch due
to the company's many years of ELT experience and familiarity with the
legislation in Florida," Sanchez continued. "By providing high quality customer
service and an extremely solid and easy-to-use product at reasonable rates, we
feel working with VINtek will be of great benefit to our members and we fully
endorse VINtek to all FBA members."

VINtek president Larry Highbloom added, "We appreciate FBA's
trust in VINtek, and look forward to working hand-in-hand with FBA members to
make a smooth transition to electronic lien and title.

"VINtek has been helping Florida financial institutions
reduce expenses and save time with ELT services for more than 10 years. We are
dedicated to bringing that same expertise to FBA member institutions,"
Highbloom went on to say.

All told last year, four state lending associations endorsed
VINtek for ELT services, including the League of Southeastern Credit Unions,
Credit Union Association of the Dakotas, Community Bankers Association of
Georgia and the South Dakota Bankers Association.

"The substantial growth VINtek experienced in 2012 can be
seen as a continued commendation of our products and the hard work of the
entire VINtek team," Highbloom said. "We are proud to play a role in the
increased adoption of ELT nationwide. Lenders in the 18 operable ELT states are
seeing the benefits of switching to an electronic lien process and this is what
we hope to bring to more states in 2013 and beyond."
