DAYTON, Ohio -

Arkansas dealers now have their own library of standardized documents to ensure their compliance with current automotive regulations.

Reynolds and Reynolds recently announced the launch of the LAW Arkansas F&I Library. Reynolds Document Services developed the library in partnership with the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association.

The library will provide Arkansas dealers access to legally reviewed finance and insurance documents, in order to keep the companies in compliance with state regulations. The documents will also be available digitally, in order to facilitate laser-printed transactions or e-contracting.

“Dealers are facing the ongoing challenge of how to balance increased demands from legislators and regulators with increased expectations from consumers for a more rewarding experience with the dealership,” Jerry Kirwan, senior vice president and general manager of Reynolds Document Services, said in a news release. “The LAW Arkansas F&I Library is designed to deliver several results to dealers, from helping to reduce compliance risk to making the car-buying process more efficient.”

Kirwan also said that the documents would be regularly reviewed, in order to keep up with the latest automotive regulations in Arkansas.

Dennis Jungmeyer, president of the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association, said that his organization “is dedicated to protecting the business interests of Arkansas automobile dealers. We are happy to share the LAW Arkansas F&I Library with our members because it will help them maintain compliance and improve their customers' car-buying experience.”
