LAS VEGAS — Aimed at mitigating risk by protecting collateral, Skypatrol
highlighted the capability of its Defender System designed specifically for buy-here,
pay-here dealerships and finance companies.

report location and status every 25 hours. It also has the ability to locate

To avoid high recovery costs dealers can establish city,
state or even country-wide Defender's GeoFence feature, which can list boundaries
to provide early warnings against skips.

By identifying the vehicle's last known position, Skypatrol
believes the recovery process can be expedited.

Defender also contains tools for customized reports to give
dealers and finance companies access to compacted critical information that can
help to determine strategies for daily operations.

"The last thing a BHPH dealer wants is to have to recover
and remarket a car," Skypatrol officials contended. "With the Defender, dealers
see and increase in on-time payments and a reduction in non-performing loans. That
means seriously increased cash flow."
