ARLINGTON, Texas -

The National Independent Automobile Dealers Association and the Edward E. Hall and Co. property and casualty insurance brokerage have teamed up for a new insurance program for NIADA members that officials say will offer the comprehensive coverage dealerships need.

According to officials, the areas in which the NIADA Independent Auto Dealer Insurance Program will provide a wide variety of coverage include:

—Liability
—Inventory
—Property
—Crime
—Excess liability/umbrella
—Workers compensation
—Identity theft recovery services (education, assistance and credit monitoring).

NIADA vice president of member services Scott Lilja noted: “We are pleased to offer the members of NIADA access to a leading edge insurance program that provides excellent insurance services, local insurance agent support and affordable rates.

“Members should have as many coverage options available to them as possible and benefit from knowledgeable insurance professionals well versed in auto dealer P&C and workers compensation insurance requirements,” he continued.

Dan Marzouk, vice president at EEHall, added: “The independent auto dealer is a growing market and EEHall is proud to offer to the members of NIADA vital coverage’s with CorePointe Insurance Co.
