eFleet Grows Presence in New Market, Giving Local Dealers New Inventory Source
eFleet Direct announced Friday that it has spread its footprint into the Denver market by opening a staging and processing facility in suburban Commerce City, Colo.
Officials pointed out that the region’s current market conditions suggest that “demand for quality pre-owned vehicles is at an all-time high.”
And since eFleet Direct has opened up a new location in the Denver area, it can offer dealers a source for used vehicles for their inventory.
“We recognize that our wholesale customers are looking for convenient, cost-effective ways to acquire vehicles,” stated Anna Fitzpatrick, who is the sales and remarketing manager of the Commerce City facility.
“Our business model allows us the opportunity to provide vehicles so that our customers can buy with confidence, knowing that the vehicle will arrive at their facility as described,” she continued. “From our own buying experience, we understand the frustration of purchasing a vehicle online and having undisclosed damages when it arrives.”
Fitzpatrick added: “At eFleet Direct our goal is not to meet industry standards, but to exceed them through our standardized process. We exercise full disclosure via detailed inspection reports, including 30-40 photos of the asset. Each listing has an accompanying photo of any and all discrepancies that are noted, taking the guess work out of the buying decision. This business practice has afforded eFleet Direct one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry.”
David Borshoff, vice president of business operations, offered his perspective, saying that eFleet Direct is excited about the Denver market. With this new facility, he said the company is now in a geographic location to better serve fleet customers as well as retail and wholesale customers.
“This new location is an example of our growth strategy that will, over the course of the next few years, carry us to as many as 10 locations strategically placed throughout the country,” he added.
