AutoRevo Announces New Brand Identity, Executive Appointments
AutoRevo recently rolled out a new corporate identity to accompany a product update, a new website and service offerings like search-engine optimization and e-mail marketing.
“The idea of rebranding AutoRevo was raised in the fall of 2010, when it was clear that we were transitioning to a company with a broader product line and premier services,” explained chief executive officer Chad Polk.
“We knew the timing had to be right, and once we realized that our spring product release would be the most robust update to our product in company history, we knew there would never be a better time to rebrand,” he continued.
Greg Gifford, who was recently appointed AutoRevo’s vice president of marketing, added: “Our new brand identity is a logical step that communicates to both current customers and potential customers that we continue to provide products and services that far outpace our competitors.
“Our new identity helps mirror the fact that we’re a forward-looking company with a commitment to ensure the success of every auto dealer we service,” Gifford noted.
Company Promotions
AutoRevo went on to share more about Gifford’s move, as well as the promotion of Bill Berry to vice president of sales. Furthermore, the company welcomed Travis Bittner to the team. Coming aboard from JFA Consulting, Bittner is AutoRevo’s new vice president of operations.
Starting with Gifford, his prior position was as AutoRevo’s director of marketing, a post he held since 2009. He has been with AutoRevo since 2007, when he came on board as a design team member.
“Having owned his own successful Web design company prior to AutoRevo, he had tons of valuable marketing experience, and was promoted to director of marketing in early 2009,” Polk stated. “His marketing expertise has already propelled our marketing efforts to the next level. Greg’s hard work and dedication will be an invaluable asset to our executive team at AutoRevo.”
Gifford said: “It’s an extremely exciting time to be in the marketing arena. With the proliferation of social media and the decline of traditional advertising methods, you’re wide open to be really creative and think way outside of the box. As the industry rebounds from the Great Recession, we’re in a key position to grab dealers’ attentions and take a huge share of the market.”
Meanwhile, Berry has been with AutoRevo since 2006 and has served in the positions of sales consultant and national sales director. His industry experience goes back 18 years.
“Bill Berry joined the AutoRevo team in 2006, and immediately demonstrated the sales know-how to help AutoRevo grow,” Polk said. “He has built our sales department from the ground up, helping us to achieve exponential growth both as a sales consultant and as national sales director. I’m excited to make him a part of our executive team, and I can’t wait to see his expertise help AutoRevo continue to grow.”
Berry added: “I’m excited to elevate my game and lead such a talented sales team. It’s going to be an exciting year. With the recent product updates we’ve released, our dealer websites are bar-none the best websites in the industry.”
In Bittner’s post, he is responsible for leading all departments and for making sure the company meets and exceeds its operational excellence goals.
Before his aforementioned position with JFA, Bittner was with D Animation, where he was a founding partner and helped develop the Internet multimedia and consulting company into a 76-employee operation within eight years. Bittner made a successful exit when publicly listed Finnish conglomerate Satama Oyj acquired the firm.
“Travis is truly an asset to our organization. He’s an absolute workhorse, and his dedication and talent will help AutoRevo grow and flourish,” Polk pointed out.
“He’s got a distinguished track record of building strong teams that exceed their goals, and in his short time with us, he’s already implemented multiple procedures and programs that have boosted both product delivery and ongoing support,” he shared.
Bittner also shared his perspective on the new position.
“Joining the AutoRevo team has been a great experience,” Bittner noted. “Since I worked with our CTO Mark Hoffman at my first company, I was confident that this was a company with great integrity.
“After joining the team and seeing the passion that the employees have for improving every day and taking care of our customers, I knew this was a perfect fit,” he added. “I’m most pleased that I’m able to bring all of my past experiences to bear and help AutoRevo exceed its goals. It’s gonna be a fun ride.”
