ALPHARETTA, Ga. –

LeasePlan USA revealed its new vice president of operations on Thursday, whose responsibilities will include remarketing, in addition to other areas.

Named to the role is Mike Miller, who has been with the company since 2004.

Miller will be responsible for leading the commercial fleet operations group to continued success. His responsibilities will include vehicle acquisition, vehicle upfitting, remarketing, as well as license, title and registration.

“With 21 years in operations management within the commercial sectors of financing, leasing and vehicle fleets, Mike possesses the type of diverse experience that is required to effectively oversee our operations teams,” said Tim Martin, senior vice president of operations at LeasePlan.

“Since joining LeasePlan in 2004, Mike’s expertise in process improvement and development throughout all areas of operations has been instrumental in allowing LeasePlan to continually exceed our client’s expectations,” Martin added.

In his years with the company, Miller had held management positions in remarketing and license and title operations. Moreover, in 2007, he helped with designing and implementing LeasePlan’s streamlined remarketing system.
