DAYTON, Ohio -

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced Wednesday the launch of dealerPAD, a mobile version of the Reynolds Contact Management solution for use on the Apple iPad.

The new version of the customer relationship management tool will be offered as an additional free benefit to Reynolds Contact Management customers.

"dealerPAD provides dealership personnel immediate access to customer and dealership information, without being confined to a desktop PC at the dealership," said Jon Strawsburg, Reynolds’ vice president of product planning.

"With this information at their fingertips, dealers are able to respond more quickly and accurately to customer requests, which can lead to increased customer satisfaction, lead conversion and sales revenue for the dealership," he added.

With dealerPAD, dealers have the ability to take advantage of functions ranging from creating and updating customer records to searching their vehicle inventory.

dealerPAD also leverages the built-in design features of the iPad to improve the overall Contact Management user experience, the company stressed.

"We’ve designed dealerPAD to be a ‘game changer’ in helping dealers improve their sales processes and improve customer relationships, inside and outside of the four walls of the dealership. Ultimately, our products are measured by the results they deliver for dealers," Strawsburg concluded.
