WARREN, R.I. -

Continuing a trend within the auction industry to boost charity work, Advanced Remarketing Services enhanced its vehicle donation program with a new partner.

On Tuesday, the company reinforced its commitment to supporting the humanitarian relief effort for children by partnering with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.

Advanced Remarketing Services explained the U.S. Fund for UNICEF is meant to help provide children with health care, clean water, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more.

Officials highlighted UNICEF’s relief work has saved more lives than any other humanitarian organization in the world.

“Despite extraordinary progress, 22,000 children still die each day from preventable causes," Advanced Remarketing Services president Joseph Hearn acknowledged.

“We hope that the partnership with U.S. Fund for UNICEF will encourage vehicle donors everywhere to show their commitment to the values of this organization through the vehicle donation program,” Hearn continued. “Vehicle donors can be sure that their car donation is going to an organization whose mission will continue until not a single child dies from causes we have the power to prevent.

“The U.S. Fund for UNICEF’s car donation program gives vehicle donors an incredible opportunity to be involved in an organization truly focused on the health and happiness of children. We could not be more excited about this relationship,” Hearn went on to say.
