MEMPHIS, Tenn. -

The Memphis Auto Auction recently expanded its sales team by hiring a trio that brings more than 30 years of combined sales experience to the company.

Memphis AA hired Brian Ayers, Susanne Bone and Bobby “Keno” Anderson to fill the positions of sales manager, powersports and fleet lease coordinator, as well as Internet sales manager, respectively.

The new hires were made in preparation for growth in-lane and online, noted the company.

“Brian, Keno and Susanne are poised to seize exciting opportunities for MAA,” said Marianne Simshauser, MAA general manager.

“Their experience will help define our current sale, and we look forward to putting their expertise and enthusiasm to work. We want to redevelop and expand our dealer engagement at the auction,” she continued.

Ayers brings 15 years of industry experience to the auction, a number which includes four years in dealer finance, as well as four years in the auction industry.
“His passion for customer service coupled with his unique understanding of the internal workings of both wholesale and retail car dealerships will provide great insight and leadership for the MAA sales department,” company officials noted.

Moving on, Bone brings more than eight years of industry experience, with a focus in specialty units.

The company is tapping Bone’s expertise in specialty units to become be a regional leader in wholesale powersports auctions.

Wrapping up, as Internet sales manager, Anderson comes to the table with a background in social media and mass media advertising, as well as eight years of sales and consulting experience.
