IRVINE, Calif. -

AutoAlert, a data analytic and lead generation tool provider, announced this week it has received notice from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office about methods and processes integrated into its software systems.

Company officials said patent No. 8,005,752 becomes effective next Tuesday. Last November, AutoAlert received patent No. 7,827,099 for a similar solution and expects two more patents to come through before the end of the year.

Since its beginning in 2002, AutoAlert explained that it has developed and improved software supported processes and practices that are geared to generate more new and used sales, more gross profit, more warranty sales, better customer satisfaction index scores, improved customer loyalty and more.

“We recognized early on that our ideas are unique, and that AutoAlert should take steps to secure patent protection,” stated Jeffrey Cotton, AutoAlert co-founder who possesses more than 25 years of industry experience.

Now, company officials contend nearly 1,000 dealerships and more than 8,000 individual users have benefited from added sales, profits, commissions and individualized support and training that come with each AutoAlert installation.

AutoAlert declared that it is the first and only company to offer dealership and enterprise business intelligence software, support and training of its kind.

“We are proud of our unique technology but are equally focused on the delivery of the very best training and support in the industry,” noted Boyd Warner AutoAlert’s president and chief executive officer.

“Without the highly talented support people at AutoAlert, the highest level of consistent training, robust technical and customer support, we are just another program that will eventually collect dust,” Warner continued.

“We partner with our clients and are not satisfied until our dealer clients are thrilled with the results they are getting with AutoAlert,” he went on to say.

Warner also pointed out AutoAlert is a registered trademark of AutoAlert, Inc. ServiceAlert, MileageAlert, WarrantyAlert, ConquestAlert, MaintenanceAlert, FlexAlert, are trademarks of AutoAlert Inc. in the United States and other countries.
