ALEXANDRIA, Va. -

The American International Automobile Dealers Association contends that employee benefits dynamics have become “increasingly complex” due to cost hikes and governmental reform.

With this backdrop in mind, AIADA and affinity partner Northwestern Mutual are offering a free online seminar next week designed to teach dealers best practices when it comes to providing employee benefits like health care and retirement plans.

The “Your Employee Benefits Program: Increase the Return on Your Investment and Reduce the Complexity of Your Plan” Webinar is scheduled for 11 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday.

It will be led by Richard Cafeo, who is the director of retirement plan services at Northwestern Mutual/Reston Financial Group, as well as Tony Hines, benefits specialist for Northwestern Mutual/RFG.

Viewers of the webinar can learn how top dealers are maintaining margins, recruiting and retaining top-notch employees and boosting overall savings to benefit plans through their return on investment.

Dealer principals, general managers, business managers and human resources managers are encouraged to attend. Participants are not required to be AIADA members, but space is limited to 150 people.
