CARMEL, Ind. -

On Tuesday, Dealer Services Corp., of Indiana promoted one of its executives to the newly created position of vice president of customer service.  

Taking on the role is Randy Dohse, who previously held the position of regional director.

The company indicated Dohse will be responsible for all customer service functions including dealer services, auction services and the business development center.

“This position shows our customer’s how committed we are to building the best service platform in the industry. With the addition of Dohse, who brings a diverse automotive background to this position, it will allow DSC to accelerate new product and services offerings,” chief operating officer Shane O’Dell explained.

Since joining DSC in 2005, Dohse has held numerous leadership positions in many areas of the company.

In response to his new role, Dohse stated, “DSC set the standard in the floor plan industry with the introduction of the customer service center in 2010. With this opportunity I’m eager to build upon DSC’s commitment to its business partners and take the level of service DSC is known to new heights.

“Our team will focus on maximizing customer success by delivering powerful products and services designed to provide a superior overall customer experience,” he concluded.
