Kbb.com Mobile App Hits Landmark
Kelley Blue Book announced earlier this week that its Kbb.com Android mobile application has reached a milestone: 1 million downloads.
Shoppers can use the app to pull up KBB Values, which include the following: MSPR, Invoice, Fair Purchase Price, Certified Pre-Owned, Suggested Retail, Private Party and Trade-In Values.
The app also features a dealer locator (with maps and directions) and 360-degree vehicle photographs, as well as new-vehicle video reviews from Kbb.com editors. Additionally, the app lets users tap into the Kbb.com Twitter feed.
The Android app was launched in November 2010. Kbb.com also has free apps for the iPhone and Windows Phone 7.
“Kelley Blue Book’s mobile experience was created with the consumer’s needs top-of-mind, and now more than one million Android users have tapped into Kelley Blue Book’s car shopping expertise via their phones,” said Chip Milson, product director for Kbb.com mobile.
“Having access to invaluable automotive information right when and where they need it gives shoppers confidence in negotiations and allows them make educated purchase decisions while on-the-go,” Milson added.
