COSTA MESA, Calif. -

NADAguides revealed Tuesday it is offering a 15-day free trial of its new housing inventory valuation and portfolio management online application.

Housing CONNECT provides banks, credit unions, finance companies, manufactured home retailers, community owners and more with access to 53 years of used value data, the company explained.

So, how does it work?

The Web-based application “is designed to provide instant access, from any device, to NADAguides Manufactured Housing pricing from 1963 to 2012; including retail values with calculations for land-lease community guidelines, wholesale and loan guidelines, as well as adjustments for state location, condition, components, accessories and repair estimates,” the company shared.

Sherrie Clevenger, managing editor of NADAguides, said, "NADAguides Manufactured Housing CONNECT provides access to more than 53 years of used values for manufactured, modular and pre-HUD homes with adjustments for state location, condition, components, accessories, additional features and more.  NADAguides has created a product that meets the needs of a wide variety of users and offers up-to-date manufactured home valuations that are accessible in real-time from any device."

And now, users can access the tool from any PC, laptop or tablet, potentially increasing mobility and efficiency, as well as providing easier access to the information that is updated in real time.

“The NADAguides Manufactured Housing CONNECT application for manufactured homes offers the most reliable pricing, which allows professionals to create accurate and detailed value reports,” officials explained.

Furthermore, the tool’s value reports are customizable and printable. Users can also add a business address, logo and custom messages to the reports.

And the reports can also be saved using custom reference numbers such as loan, inventory, lot or customer number and can be added as an addendum to a physical appraisal.

Saved reports can also be transferred in a batch to be updated to the most current data, the company concluded.
