Hyundai Broadens Military Incentive Program
In the spirit of the recent holiday weekend, Hyundai Motor America has expanded its military incentive program, waiving its usual four-year active duty requirement to include additional service members in the program.
Through July 31, members of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy, as well as the National Guard and Reserves, all retirees and honorably discharged veterans, are eligible to receive the incentive.
The changes became effective Friday, so in addition to covering the upcoming July 4 holiday, they were also good for the recent Memorial Day Weekend.
“At Hyundai, we are deeply appreciative of the commitment and sacrifices made by members of our military and this is a way for us to continue to recognize some true American heroes,” said Dave Zuchowski, executive vice president of sales, Hyundai Motor America.
“Hyundai hopes this program enhancement will enable some well-deserving members of the armed services to get into one of our all-new vehicles.”
Hyundai offers the $500 incentive on any new 2012 or 2013 Hyundai vehicle.
The enhanced military program will be available at all Hyundai dealerships for a limited time.
