“It is interesting to consider the 10 most researched vehicles on Total Car Score,” said Karl Brauer, editor-in-chief of Total Car Score.
“Our list is not based on how well the car ranks, but on the cars people are most interested in researching as part of their shopping process,” Brauer continued. “Not surprisingly, each of these top 10 most researched vehicles has a Total Car Score well above average for its respective segment.”
Brauer went on to say that he believes Total Car Score’s auto rating and aggregation system, along with original automotive content and a highly user-friendly design, helped deliver significant traffic gains every month since launch.
Approximately 85 percent of all unique visitors were first-time Total Car Score users in July. These metrics also showed visitors were referred from a wide variety of sources while more than 38 percent of site traffic accessed Total Car Score via a mobile device.
Brauer reiterated that site visitors can easily see how any car or truck stacks up against the competition. The site provides model scores and original reviews extending back to model year 2000. It also boasts one of the most compelling vehicle photography players available for online car shoppers.
“We launched Total Car Score with a straightforward presentation, giving users a clear and compelling way to evaluate and compare automobiles,” Brauer stressed.
“We also knew delivering high-quality automotive content we would create a useful research tool for both car buyers and automotive enthusiasts. We are thrilled with the response,” he concluded.
